She also plays a major role in the company's marketing strategies, provides auditing for insurance companies, conducts training for physicians, and delivers consultations and medical billing codes for billing to ensure that physicians get paid. Mrs. Young also teaches and lectures practitioners at Arizona State University. She attributes her success to her education, dedication and researching skills.
Ms. Young is a certified professional medical auditor and a certified professional coder. She is a member of the American Academy of Professional Coders, Health Management Associates, Inc., and the National Alliance of Medical Auditing Specialists.
