As an Associate Professor and Director of Clinical Education with the Community College of Philadelphia, as well as throughout her incredible 26 years in the business, Dr. Blaine has consistently demonstrated the vision, dedication and diligence necessary to be considered among the best.
The Community College of Philadelphia is the largest public institution of higher education in Philadelphia. It is a two year school which offers more than 70 associate's degree, certification and continuing education programs, a lively campus near Center City, and a supportive, top-flight faculty. The school offers programs in art, science, business, technology and liberal arts. They also have specialized dual admissions and transfer programs which assist students who wish to transfer to a four-year institution.
During her educational career, Dr. Blaine earned a PhD from the University of Pennsylvania in 2010 and she is also a Certified Asthma Educator. She possesses particular expertise as a Respiratory Therapist. Dr. Blaine is a member of the American Association of Respiratory Care and the American Heart Association.
