Makoto S. Enokizono Recognized for Excellence in Cuisine
Makoto S. Enokizono excels as both a sushi chef and emeritus faculty
MOSES LAKE, WA, February 3, 2010 /University PR News/ -- Makoto S. Enokizono, Sushi Chef for Tsunamisushi, has been recognized by Cambridge Who's Who for demonstrating dedication, leadership and excellence in culinary arts.
As a sushi chef for Tsunamisushi, Mr. Enokizono specializes in preparing Japanese sushi recipes. He also serves as an emeritus faculty at Big Bend Community College in Washington and taught metallurgy and welding.
Mr. Enokizono completed coursework at Western Culinary Institute in Portland, Oregon and obtained a certification from the American Culinary Federation. He was honored with an award from the American Angus Association, along with the Le Grande Toque award from Le Cordon Bleu in Paris. He attributes his success to his customers, who frequent the restaurant and make it so popular. In the future, he intends to write a culinary book based on his French and Japanese cooking talent and expertise.
