Exceptional Ecology Professor Evolves With Membership In Stanford Who's Who

Birgitta Tullberg has received the recognition of Stanford Who's Who as a result of her exceptional effort in the Education Industry.

    STOCKHOLM, SWEDEN, March 25, 2010 /Stanford Who's Who/ -- Birgitta Tullberg has received the recognition of Stanford Who's Who as a result of her exceptional effort in the Education Industry. As a Professor in the Department of Zoology for Stockholm University she has consistently displayed the passion, vision and dedication necessary to be among the best.

The Department of Zoology was founded in 1880, as the first at Stockholm University, and is continously changing with the times to make room for new exciting research fields. The areas of study they offer are ecology, ethology, morphology , population genetics and systematics och evolution.

Birgitta is a Professor of Evolutionary Ecology and Professor of Research for the Department of Zoology. She participates in research on the areas of biology and ecology. Professor Tullberg has exceptional expertise in many subjects pertaining to insects, such as, evolution of defense, defensive coloration, sexual selection and size differences between males and females.

During her educational career, Birgitta earned a PhD Degree at Stockholm University. She is a member of the Society for Human Evolution. Professor Tullberg is a regular reader of The Economist and a number of scientific journals. She enjoys sailing in the time away from her busy schedule.
