As Coordinator of Reading and English Development for Roanoke Chowan Community College she has consistently displayed the passion, vision and dedication necessary to be among the best.

Jeanne teaches an educational course in reading and language arts. She has also authored a book on research and analysis. During her own educational career, she earned a Bachelor's Degree from Old Domino University, a medical degree from the University of Virginia and attained her PhD as well as undertaking post-graduate studies at Auburn University.
Dr. Blevins is a member of the Developmental Education Program in North Carolina, Phi Delta Kappa and Who's Who of Executives and Professionals. She also served as the Coordinator of the Drug Educational and Prevention Program in Alabama.
