With nearly a decade of professional expertise in higher education administration, George J. Franco is a recognized authority in the field of phlebotomy. With a Ph.D. in management from St. John's University, an MBA from Suffolk University, and a bachelor of science in industrial management from Syracuse University, he now thrives in his third year as president and owner of his founded New England School of Phlebotomy, Ltd.
