Industry Leader Jan Jones Added to the Cambridge Who's Who Network
Jan Jones is a member of the Texas Educational Theatre Association, Inc.
TYLER, TX, June 28, 2010 /University PR News/ -- Jan Jones, Adjunct Instructor for Trinity Valley Community College, has been recognized by Cambridge Who's Who for demonstrating dedication, leadership and excellence in higher education.
Specializing in theater art, Ms. Jones has 47 years of experience in her field. At Trinity Valley Community College in Athens and Tyler Junior College in Tyler, she teaches Theatre classes and directs plays. She encourages students to learn new things and appreciate the talents of others. She attributes her success to her hard work and passion for her profession.
In 1980, Ms. Jones graduated from Stephen F. Austin State University, where she received a Master's Degree in Theater Arts; she was also named an Outstanding Graduate Alumni. She is a member of the Texas Educational Theatre Association, Inc., and has been recognized by the organization by receiving both the Founder's Award and the Emeritus Award. Ms. Jones volunteers her services to various rescue groups and The Humane Society of the United States. In the future, she hopes to continue teaching and directing shows.
