Industry Leader Keane O. Toney Added to the Cambridge Who's Who Network
Keane O. Toney celebrates 35 years in the field of law enforcement
EAST CANTON, OH, June 15, 2010 /University PR News/ -- Keane O. Toney, Director of Campus Safety and Security for Mount Union College and Owner of Toney Police Consulting, has been recognized by Cambridge Who's Who for demonstrating dedication, leadership and excellence in administration.
At Mount Union College, Mr. Toney is responsible for managing campus safety and security. As the owner of Toney Police Consulting, he collaborates with local and state agencies on investigations. He also handles the business' payroll and schedules processes for nine staff members.
Previously, Mr. Toney spent 12 years working as a police sergeant and police academy instructor for the Canton Police Department. He also managed OPTA, a private security and safety certification academy for basic policy cadets at the Barberton City Schools. He attributes his success to his honesty, faith in God and the support he receives from his family.
The recipient of a Master's Degree, Mr. Toney graduated summa cum laude from Andrew Jackson University. He is a member of the Fraternal Order of Police, the New Enterprise Associates, ASIS International and the International Association of Campus Law Enforcement Administrators. Mr. Toney has been recognized by the mayor and the Canton City Council for his performance beyond the call of duty.
