Dr. Kathy S. Hulley Teaches Curriculum and Instruction to Graduate Students in Education
HARROGATE, TN, September 08, 2010 /University PR News/ -- Dr. Kathy S. Hulley, Professor of Graduate Education for Lincoln Memorial University, has been recognized by Cambridge Who's Who for demonstrating dedication, leadership and excellence in higher education.
With 37 years of experience in the academe, Dr. Kathy S. Hulley is a respected authority on curriculum and instruction. She assumed her current position at LMU in 1999 and is tasked primarily with teaching graduate students in education, focusing her lessons on curriculum and instruction. As a professor, Dr. Hulley distinguishes herself by always being available to her students, be it for school-related or personal issues, and providing current research and information in her field for students in her classes.
Prior to joining LMU, Dr. Hulley taught at an inner-city school in Memphis, Union University in Jackson, Tennessee and University of Mississippi in Oxford, Mississippi. She made a presentation at the Oxford Round Table on the "No Child Left Behind" program, and considers this among her proudest professional accomplishments. She attributes her success and longevity to her hard work and willingness to learn.
Dr. Hulley received her Doctor of Education in 1998 from The University of Mississippi. She is a member of the Association for Supervision and Curriculum Development, the American Association of University Women, the International Reading Association, Phi Delta Kappa, and Kappa Delta Pi. She was honored with inclusion in Who's Who Among American Teachers and Educators. Dr. Hulley looks forward to conducting more presentations and seminars in the coming years.
