Phenomenal Professor Makes History With Stanford Who's Who

SLIPPERY ROCK, PA, March 20, 2011 /Stanford Who's Who/ -- Stanford Who's Who welcomes Michael Matambanadzo to the ranks of leading professionals as a result of his extraordinary effort in the Education Industry. As a History Professor at Slippery Rock University, as well as throughout his incredible 38 year career, Michael has consistently demonstrated the vision, dedication and diligence necessary to be considered among the best.
Slippery Rock University is a comprehensive university offering a broad array of undergraduate and select graduate programs. The History Department of Slippery Rock University seeks to educate and mentor students to be future leaders in their endeavors and professions by disseminating a knowledge of the past through intensive instruction and research. The department is committed both to academic excellence and to the encouragement of creativity and innovation.
Mr. Matambanadzo serves as a Professor of African American History, African History, and World History. His academic interests include Modern World Civilizations, African-American History, and Africa. During his collegiate career, Michael earned a Bachelor of Arts and a Master of Arts degree in History from Fordham University. He is a member of the Association for the Study of African American Life and History, Black Voices for Peace, and the Pennsylvania Prison Society.
