A hardworking and dedicated member of the health care profession, Ms. Micucci has dedicated the past two years to her service as the director of utilization management and pre-certification at Temple University. She supervises a staff of 13, negotiates patient insurance rates, and obtains elective authorizations for elective procedures from insurance companies.
Ms. Micucci, who is a registered nurse, has been recognized as an Employee of the Month and an Employee of the Year by Temple University Children's Hospital. The recipient of a Master of Business Administration and a Bachelor of Science in nursing, she has achieved great success. Ms. Micucci volunteers with her local soup kitchen and sings in her church choir.
